Emaar South is a new golf-course development in Dubai South surrounded by clusters of modern townhouses and villas.
The design of this new master-planned community is governed by the guiding principles of connectivity, accessibility, liveability, sustainability and optimal residential density. Spread over and area of 700 hectares (1,725 acres) the residential districts will be connected by tree-lined boulevards and a public transport network, including environmentally friendly autonomous vehicles.

Emaar South aims to serve as home to those working in the various integrated districts of Dubai South, greater Dubai area and in close proximity to Abu Dhabi. In addition to them, it also will be a magnet for the millions of travellers who will fly by the airport.
An ideal place for corporate events, staycations and residence, the development hosts two business hotels, recreational facilities, convenient shopping options, a resort hotel and a well appointed community centre. Other key destinations located in its close proximity include Dubai Parks and Resorts and two free zones.
